FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I know when my cleaning days are?

During sign up, you will receive a welcome email with your first service date.
Log into your account: when you log onto your account, click on the sidebar on the “Subscription details” tab to see when your next cleaning is.
Text alerts: We try to make it easier on you by sending text messages the night before your cleaning, as well as the morning of your cleaning when our driver is on their way. When signing up make sure to select that you want to receive SMS text messages for this feature to work.

How often should bins be cleaned?

Quarterly visits are our most popular option, yet our monthly service plan is ideal for larger families with more waste accumulation.

Are you really local to Auburn?

Yes! The Bin Bandits is a family business based right here in the Northeast Georgia area. We’re your neighbors!

Do you offer one time cleanings?

Yes! Once you click sign up, you will see our available options to choose from. A one time cleaning is more expensive than our recurring visits.

Why should I clean my bins?

Waste bins are a breeding ground for bacteria, odor & pests. Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria also flourish here, just to name a few! Also, who likes storing stinky bins in the garage? Not us!
