Services & Scheduling
The Bin Bandits provides trash and recycling bin cleaning services within our designated service areas. Service dates may change due to weather, holidays, trash collection delays, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If we are unable to complete your scheduled service, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule it.
Your Service Day
Bins must be empty, accessible, and available in the designated service location on your scheduled cleaning day. Bins containing excessive waste, hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, medical waste, hot ashes, or other unsafe materials may not be serviced. If we are unable to clean your bins because they were not emptied, available, or accessible, the scheduled service may still be considered completed and may not qualify for a refund or credit.
Recurring Services & Payment
By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize The Bin Bandits to automatically charge your payment method according to the service frequency and price selected at checkout. Recurring service continues until canceled.
Cancellations
Recurring customers must provide at least 21 days' notice to cancel service. Charges for services already performed are non-refundable.
Cleaning Results & Bin Condition
We take reasonable care when cleaning your bins, but some stains, discoloration, residue, or odors may not be completely removable. The Bin Bandits is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or deterioration due to the age or condition of a bin.
Property Access
By scheduling service, you authorize The Bin Bandits to access the areas of your property reasonably necessary to service your bins. Please notify us of gates, pets, hazards, or other access restrictions before your scheduled service.
Pricing & Service Changes
Prices, service areas, schedules, and plan offerings may change. Existing recurring customers will be notified of material pricing changes before the new price applies.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bin Bandits is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy & Communications
We may use your contact information to send service reminders, scheduling updates, receipts, payment notices, and other account-related communications. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
